Our charges for Immigration Services:

Initial Consultation

$200.00/hour is credited toward retained service (minimum of $200.00 or 1-hour consultation). This session allows us to discuss your immigration needs and determine how we can assist you. 

Retain Our Services

If we determine that we can help you and decide to accept your case, we will reach an agreement about the service and will provide you with a written agreement, including the legal fees we will charge. This agreement for attorneys’ fees does not include any government fees or expenses that will be required during the representation.

All cases are handled on a non-refundable flat-fee basis. All attorneys’ fees must be paid in full before the documents are filed. Discounts are available. 

Schedule of Attorneys Fees

  • Attendance at Interviews: $600.00 plus travel time if applicable
  • Attorney Fees: Billed at a rate of $200.00/hour, separate from necessary expenses and government filing fees.

K-1 Visa

  • I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancée: $1600.00 
  • I-129F Consular Processing/Adjustment: $1200.00 

Family-Based Visas

  • Consular processing for spouse if living abroad;
  • Adjustment of Status, for qualifying spouses living in the U.S.

Green Card Services

  • Removal of Conditions on Lawful Permanent Residence (Green Card)

Work Authorization

  • I-765 Renew Work Authorization
  • I-539 Application to Extend Stay

Citizenship Applications 

  • N-400 (Simple)
    • e.g., No criminal history, registered for selective service, etc.
  • N-400 (Complex) For Clients Who Qualify
    • e.g., Criminal history, children born out of wedlock, or other immigration violations. The fee might be higher depending on the degree of difficulty.

Asylum Cases

  • We are not handling asylum cases at this time.

Removal/Criminal Cases

  • We do NOT handle cases involving court appearances.

Additional Services

  • Hourly Rate for Attorney Time Not Covered by a Flat Fee Service: $200.00/Hour
    • e.g., Responding to a government request for additional evidence (RFE).
